To become a registered user of the NDLSB web portal, you have to be authenticated by the Jamaica Society for the Blind as legally blind. Legal blindness is determined by vision of 20/200 or worst after corrective measures. Meaning, vision has to be 10% or less than properly functioning eyesight.

 To start the registration process, please call the Jamaica Society for the Blind.
